In the evening hours of Aug. 31, 2017, Cedarville Sta. 17, along with, Lawrence Twp. EMS Sq. 98, and Life Support 7, were dispatched to the area of 3154 Cedarville Rd. for a reported MVC, with possible entrapment. Units arrived with a 2 vehicle MVC, 1 on it's side, with 1 person trapped. Rescue 17-21, went into service, quickly extricating the patient. Due to helicopters being down due to weather, the patient was transported by bls and als to a local hospital. NJSP is investigating the accident.
